Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat obsah organizační kultury vybrané organizace a posoudit tento obsah ve vztahu k efektivnosti a naplňování cílů organizace. Na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu byly pak navrženy takové změny obsahu organizační kultury,které by ji přiblížily směrem ke kultuře žádoucí. The objective of this paper was to analyze the content of organizational culture of the chosen organization and consider it in relation to efficiency and fulfilling organizational goals and objectives. Based on the results of the completed survey the possibility of changing the real content of organizational culture to better comply with the desired content was outlined.
