Cílem této práce je seznámit technickou veřejnost obecně s erozivními účinky kavitace a možnosti jejich omezování. Dále je zde uvedeno naopak možné kladné využití kavitačního jevu v různých odvětvích lidského působení. The goal of the submitted thesis is to acquaint the general public with the technical erosive effects of cavitation and the possibility of limiting them. The next part of the thesis states positive usage of cavitation in different sectors of human operation.
