Diplomová práce se zabývá náklady životního cyklu výstavbového projektu. V teoretické části je definován životní cyklus stavby, projekty spojené s výstavbou a jednotlivé druhy nákladů stavby. V praktické části je podrobněji popsána výstavba 18 bytových jednotek v obci Zbýšov v průběhu celého životního cyklu stavby. Jsou zde vymezeny nákladové položky při vývoji stavby od jejího počátku až po předpokládanou fázi ukončení. Na závěr jsou náklady podrobněji rozebrány, analyzovány a přirovnány k obdobnému modelovému projektu. This thesis deals with the life-cycle cost of construction project. In the theoretical part the life cycle of buildings associated with the construction projects and each construction costs. The practical part is described the construction of 18 housing units in the village Zbýšov during the whole life cycle of the building. There are cost items defined in the development of the building from its beginning to its expected closure phase. In conclusion, the costs are discussed in more detail, analyzed and compared to a likewise a model project.
