Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití konceptu celkové odměny ve společnosti SWN Moravia, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů týkající se odměňování, systému odměňování a vnitřcích i vnějších vlivů působící na systém odměňování. Druhá část popisuje současný stav společnosti, analýzu systému odměňování zaměstnanců a interní i externí analýzu této společnosti. Poslední část práce je věnována návrhům na změny v současném systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the total payroll concept in SWN Moravia, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains an explanation of basic concepts related to the payroll, the fringe and benefits system, internal and external influences acting on the remuneration system. The second section describes the current state of company,including the analysis of the payroll system of employees and the internal and external analysis of this company. The last part of the thesis is devoted to proposals for changes in the current payroll system.
