Bakalářská práce přináší na základě analýzy podmínek práce v konkrétní organizaci zlepšení stávajících opatření v rámci bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Důraz je kladen na bezpečnost práce a ochranu zdraví. Práce poskytuje informace o teoretických východiscích bezpečnosti práce, zkoumá její praktické uplatnění v organizaci a přináší pohled na řízení rizik. This bachelor’s thesis on the analysis of work conditions in the specific company brings improvements to existing measures in the safety and health protection at work. Emphasis is placed on safety and health. The work provides information about theory of security work explores its practical application in the organization and gives an view into risk management.
