Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a realizovat měřicí a stimulační kartu. Hlavním úkolem navrhované karty bude generování stimulačních signálů pro testovaný integrovaný obvod, zpracovávání signálů generovaných testovaným integrovaným obvodem, jejich převádění do digitální podoby a odesílání nadřazenému systému. V práci bude představen výběr vhodných obvodů k její realizaci, návrh obvodového zapojení měřicí a stimulační karty, návrh DPS karty a VHDL popis pro řídicí FPGA. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to design and realize a data acquisition card. The main task of the designed card will be to generate stimulating signals for the tested integrated circuit, to process signals generated by the tested integrated circuit, to convert them into a digital form and to send them to a superior system. The thesis will present a choice of integrated circuits suitable for its realization, a wiring diagram of the data acquisition card, PCB design and VHDL code for the control FPGA chip.
