Tato diplomová práce pojednává o možných způsobech financování revitalizace bytového domu. Obsahuje řešení zbývající části revitalizace konkrétního bytového domu, od výpočtů tepelné úspory, přes výběr realizátora stavebních prací, po posouzení jednotlivých nabídek na úvěrové financování. This diploma thesis discusses the possible ways of financing the comprehensive revitalization of the apartment house. This diploma thesis contains calculations of the savings, selection of the implementer and assessment of the debt financing.
