Tato diplomová práce řeší návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace knihovny. Objekt se nachází na parcele číslo 6167/2 ve městě Žďár nad Sázavou, katastrální území Město Žďár, číslo katastrálního území 795232. Budova má tři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Nepravidelný půdorys knihovny tvoří tvar písmene „K“. Kromě jednotlivých oddělení knihovny se zde nacházejí studovny, multifunkční sál, infocentrum a kavárna. Nosný systém je navržen jako skeletová konstrukce s výplní z keramických tvárnic. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou tvořené monolitickými železobetonovými deskami. Fasáda objektu je provětrávaná s minerální tepelnou izolací. Střešní konstrukce jsou ploché vegetační střechy. This diploma thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation of library. The building is located on plot No. 6167/2 in Žďár nad Sázavou, number of cadastre unit 795232. The library have three above-ground floor and basement. Irregularly-shaped floor plan of the library is in the shape of the letter "K". In addition to the individual departments of the library, there are study rooms, a multifunctional hall, an information center and a café. Structural system is designed as a cast-in-place concrete frame with a ceramic blocks infill. Horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced slab. Building has ventilated facade with mineral wool insulation. Roofs constructions are designed as flat green roofs.
