Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení finanční a obchodní výkonnosti společnosti New Yorker CZ, s.r.o., za pomoci benchmarkingu. Společnost New Yorker CZ je v rámci analytické části porovnávána s jejími 5 konkurenty na českém trhu. Práce obsahuje v rámci první části teoretický přehled vybraných přístupů a metod. Další část je zaměřena na porovnávání konkurentů pomocí metody benchmarking, ta je poté zakončená SWOT analýzou. Závěrem jsou pak jednotlivá doporučení a shrnutí poznatků provedených analýz. The diploma thesis is focused on the financial and business performance evaluation of the company New Yorker CZ, s.r.o. The evaluation is created using the method benchmarking. The company New Yorker CZ is being compared with its five competitors within czech market in the analytical part. In the first part of this thesis there is a summary of selected methods and approaches. The next part focuses on comparing selected competitors using method benchmarking, which is concluded with SWOT analysis. In conclucion there are individual recommendations and summarization of findings of the performed analyzes.
