Cílem této diplomové práce byl návrh na zefektivnění procesu obrábění dílu pro vstřikovací formu. V práci byl popsán původní stav obrábění dílu vstřikovací formy z hlediska technologie třískového obrábění, zahrnující popis jednotlivých výrobních pracovišť, použitých nástrojů a obráběcích strojů. Hlavní část práce byla zaměřena na zvážení možné cesty, vedoucí k zefektivnění výrobního procesu výroby dílu vstřikovací formy, zahrnující převedení původního způsobu výroby dílu vstřikovací formy na CNC soustruh Gildemeister CTX beta 500. Dále byly v práci popsány použité nástroje, včetně popisu navržených řídicích programů pro obrobení dílu vstřikovací formy. Součástí práce bylo rovněž technicko-ekonomické hodnocení navrhované varianty řešení, které zahrnovalo rozbor jednotlivých výrobních nákladů a jednotkových časů, kterých bylo při výrobě dosahováno. The aim of this diploma work was a proposal to make the process of machining of injection mould more efficient. The work described the initial state of machining of a moulding injection part from the technological point of splinter machining, including the description of each production areas, the tool used in the process and the machines. The main part of the diploma work was focused on consideration of a possible way leading to the increase in the efficiency of the production process of machining of an injection mould part that included the transfer of the initial way of machining of a moulding injection part to CNC lathe Gildemeister CTX beta 500. Furthermore the work described the tool that had been used including the description of proposed control programs for machining of an injection mould part. The essential part of the work was a techno-economical assessment of the proposed variant of solution, which included analysis of the production costs and the time indexes that were achieved during the production.
