Cílem této práce je vytvořit soubor doporučení pro zvolený strojírenský podnik. Smyslem těchto doporučení je zvýšit efektivnost podniku a jeho schopnost přizpůsobovat se náhlým změnám. V první části této práce jsou na základě literární rešerše popsány manažerské systémy úspěšných českých i zahraničních podnikatelů. V další části práce je na základě provedeného kvalitativního výzkumu zvolen nejvhodnější manažerský přístup a taktéž je v této části popsána aktuální situace zvoleného strojírenského podniku. V poslední části práce jsou uvedena jednotlivá doporučení a kroky k jejich implementaci. The aim of this thesis is to create a set of recommendations for the selected engineering enterprise. The purpose of these recommendations is to increase the enterprise effectivness and its adaptability quotient. In the first part of this thesis, based on a literature search, the management systems of successful Czech and foreign entrepreneurs are described. In the next part the most appropriate managerial approach is chosen on the basis of the performed qualitative research and this section also describes the current situation of the selected engineering enterprise. In the last part are given individual recommendations and steps to achieve their implementation.
