Cílem práce bylo popsat problematiku redukčně-chladící stanice, vírové trubice, okomentovat její současné využití a následně navrhnout klasickou redukčně chladící stanici jako první případ. V druhé praktické části šlo o analýzu respektive porovnání redukčně chladící stanice fungující na principu vírové trubice s klasickým řešením V závěru práce je vysvětlena problematika určení poloměru pro celkové množství odebírané páry. Problém je způsobený nestabilitou potenciálního víru, která vzniká hlavně proto, že chceme odebírat hmotu, ale energii potřebujeme zachovat. Předpoklad pro celkové množství páry je takový, že bude více než 10x vyšší, než je tomu u standartní varianty redukčně chladící stanice. Z principu vírové trubice a dostupných výsledků je jasné, že zařízení by bylo možné použít pouze pro chlazení, nikoli pro redukci. The aim of the thesis was to describe the current issues of the reduction-cooling station, vortex tube, comment on its use and the design a classic reduction station as the first case. The second practical part was an analysis or comparison of a reduction cooling station operating on the principle of a vortex tube with a conventional one. At the end of the thesis, the problem of determining the radius for the total number of pairs taken is explained. The problem is caused by the instability of potential vortex, which arises mainly because we want to take away matter, but we need to conserve energy. The assumption for the total number of pairs is that it will be more than 10 times higher than the standard variant of the reduction cooling station. From the principle of the vortex tube and the available results, it is clear that the device could be used only for cooling, not for reduction.
