Předmětem této bakalářské práce je řešení systému vytápění a přípravy teplé vody a návrh zdroje tepla pro zadaný bytový dům. Projekt se skládá z výpočtu tepelných ztrát, návrhu otopných těles, dimenzování potrubí a návrhu zdroje tepla pro vytápění a přípravu teplé vody. Zdrojem tepla je plynový kondenzační kotel a teplá voda v zásobníku se ohřívá otopnou vodou z kotlů. Teoretická část se věnuje armaturám a regulaci otopných soustav. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to find a solution of heating system and warm water preparation and subsequent design of heat source for a residential building. The project consists of a calculation of heat losses, a design of radiators, a dimensioning of pipes and a design of heat source for heating and warm water. The heat source is a gas condensing boiler and warm water in a store tank is heated by heating water from boilers. The theoretical part deals with the fixtures and the regulation of heating systems.
