Tato diplomová práce se zabývá testováním pryžo-textilních spojkových elementů firmy IGW. Cílem je provést vysokocyklické testování spojkových elementů na testovacím stavu vytvořeným speciálně pro tento test. Dalším úkolem je zpracování naměřených dat v programu Matlab. Poté vytvoření uživatelského rozhraní pro zobrazení vyhodnocených dat, které bude později sloužit k dalšímu testování těchto elementů. Budou provedeny analýzy testovacího zařízení v programu Ansys a 3D skeny testovaného elementu. Všechna data budou v poslední části vyhodnocena. Diploma thesis is dealing with testing of textile-rubber couplings by IGW company. Aim is to provide a high cyclic stress on a testing rig specially made for this test. The next task is to evaluate measured data in Matlab software. Then creating of user interface for displaying evaluated data, will be done. This interface will serve for testing in the future. There will be provided Ansys analysis and 3D scans of tested element. In the end all collected data for this thesis will be evaluated.
