Tato práce se zabývá skenováním čárových kódů na platformě Raspberry Pi a následnou prací se serverovým databázovým systémem. Je zde podrobně rozebrán princip fungování skenerů a databázových systému a jejich následný výběr pro účely této práce. Analyzováno je chování a možnosti nastavení skeneru za různých podmínek a je navrhnuto vhodné nastavení pro několik scénářů měření. Jako nástroj pro programování je použit Python a je zde popsána ukázková aplikace pro skenování a práci s databází společně s jednoduchým grafickým rozhraním, která byla vytvořena v rámci práce. This thesis deals with barcode scanning on Raspberry Pi and subsequent work with server database system. There is a detailed analysis of principles of working of scanners and database systems and their selection for the purpose of this thesis. The settings and behavior under different conditions of the chosen scanner are analyzed and proper settings for different situations is suggested. Python is used as a programming tool, and a simple application for scanning and working with the database with a simple graphical interface, which was created as part of the work, is described along.
