Předmětem této bakalářské práce je řešení vytápění a přípravy teplé vody. Projekt obsahuje více variant zdrojů tepla pro bytový dům. První variantou zdroje tepla je plynový kondenzační kotel. V druhé variantě je objekt vytápěn peletovým kotlem a část ohřevu teplé vody bude pokrývat solární systém. V teoretické části je popis obnovitelných zdrojů energie využitý u bytového domu. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is solution for heating and warm water preparation. The project contains more option of heat source for residential building. The first option source of heat is a gas condensing boiler. In the second option, the object is heated by a pellet boiler and hot water portion will cover the solar system. The theoretical part is a description of renewable energy use in residential building.
