Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá popisem a provedením hydroekologického monitoringu vodního toku Mojena, nacházejícího se ve Zlínském kraji. Hydroekologický monitoring byl proveden v souladu s metodikou HEM 2014, schválenou Ministerstvem životního prostředí České republiky. Na základě výsledků hydroekologického monitoringu byly vybrány problémové lokality vhodné k provedení revitalizačních opatření s možností následného začlenění do prvků Územního systému ekologické stability. Po návrhu revitalizace byl znovu vyhodnocen hydroekologický monitoring a následně byl porovnán současný stav se stavem očekávaným. This thesis deals with the description and hydroecological monitoring of the Mojena watercourse, located in the Zlín region. The hydroecological monitoring was carried out in accordance with the HEM 2014 methodology, approved by the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic. Based on the results of the hydroecological monitoring, problem sites suitable for river restoration measures were selected with the possibility of subsequent integration into the elements of the Territorial Ecological Stability System. After the design of the restoration, the hydroecological monitoring was re-evaluated and then the current state was compared with the expected state.
