Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba vinařství umístěná v obci Polešovice ve Zlínském kraji. Objekt vinařství obsahuje část výrobní, ubytovací, společenskou a administrativní. Objekt je samostatně stojící se dvěma nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V 1S se nachází technické zázemí, výrobní a skladovací prostory pro projektovaných 60 000 l vína. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je centrální část, kde je umístěna degustační místnost. K místnosti přiléhá bar a přípravna jídla. V obou nadzemních podlažích je umístěno celkem 10 pokojů o celkové kapacitě 20 osob. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se také nachází laboratoř, denní místnost pro zaměstnance, archiv a kanceláře. Před budovou se nachází parkoviště o kapacitě 13 míst. Objekt je navržen jako zděná stavba, kde svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM a betonových tvarovek POSTA. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy z předpjatých stropních panelů SPIROLL. Část objektu je zastřešena plochou vegetační střechou, část pochozí střechou a nejvyšší část domu je zastřešena pomocí sedlového vazníku. The subject of the thesis is an object of a new building winery, which is situated in the village Polešovice in region of Zlín. The object incorporate manufacturing part, accommodation part, social part and administrative part. The object is detached building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. On the underground floor there are technical facilities, production of wine and stock for 60 000 litres of wine. On the ground floor there is a central part, where is a room for degustation. Next to this room there is a bar and kitchen. There are 10 rooms with capacity for 20 people. On the first floor there is a laboratory, rest room for staff, archive and office. In front of the building there is a park for 13 vehicles. The building was designed as a brick building with vertical structures designed from a structural system POROTHERM and concrete shaped bricks POSTA. There is a part of building with flat roof with vegetation and part of building with flat roof walkway and the highest part is covered with girder.
