Tato Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti LETIŠTĚ BRNO, a.s. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením hlavních pojmů, teoriemi pracovní motivace, a popisem problematiky tématu motivace. V analytické části je představena společnost LETIŠTĚ BRNO, a.s., ve které bylo provedeno šetření pracovní motivace, a to formou vyplnění dotazníku. Cílem šetření bylo nejdříve zjistit, které faktory motivace jsou pro zaměstnance stěžejní a následně je porovnat s interním motivačním programem společnosti. Ve třetí části jsem se pokusil na základě výsledků šetření navrhnout doporučení k zefektivnění motivace zaměstnanců.
This bachelor‘s thesis aims to deal with the issue of employee motivation in the company AIRPORT BRNO a.s. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part will discuss theories of work motivation, explanations of key concepts and describe the issues of the topic. The analytical part will involve the company AIRPORT BRNO a.s., and research that has been contracted through the method of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the survey was to determine which factors of motivation are crucial for employees, and whether these factors are included in the Company's internal motivation strategies. The third part of the work will look at the result of the investigation and summarise findings to suggest recommendations for the streamlining of employee motivation within AIRPORT BRNO a.s.
