Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analyzovať daňový dopad švarc systému. Charakterizuje jeho znaky a možné pokuty za zneužívanie švarc systému. Štát sa snaží postihovať tých, ktorí toto nelegálne zamestnávanie využívajú. Modelová situácia definuje ako dosiahnuť úspory v podobe nižšej daňovej záťaže u jednotlivých daňových subjektov, ktorí aplikujú švarc systém. The aim of this bachelor thesis is analyses tax impact of the švarc system. Švarc system characterize its characters and possible penalties of abuse of švarc system. The state is trying to affect those that illegal employment use. Model situation defines to achieve savings in the form of lower tax for individual taxpayers, who apply švarc system.
