Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování prováděcího projektu bytového domu. Objekt je rozdělen na 3 stavební objekty. Celý objekt má 5 nadzemních podlažích. V 1. Nadzemním podlaží je hromadná garáž pro 36 automobilů. V ostatních podlažích je umístěno celkem 24 bytových jednotek. V každém podlaží je pak ke každému bytu samostatný uzamykatelný sklep. Zastřešení hromadné garáže prostředního stavebního objektu slouží současně také jako zelená zahrada. Zastřešení objektu je převážně plochými střechami. Schodišťový prostor je pak zastřešen šikmou střechou. The subject of this diploma thesis is elaboration of project of a residential house. The object is divided into 3 buildings objects. The building has five floors. In first above-ground there is a mass garage for 36 cars. In others grounds there are 24 residential units. In each ground is for each apartment separate lockable cellar. Object is predominantly covered with flat roofs. The staircase area is covered with sloping roof.
