Práca opisuje skladbu a fungovanie jednotlivých pohonov, skúma a porovnáva mieru ich škodlivosti voči životnému prostrediu. Od získavania, spracovania a distribúcie surovín potrebných na výrobu automobilov a palív, množstvo spotrebovaného paliva a energie, produkciu emisii počas celého životného cyklu, prostriedkov potrebných na údržbu až po nároky na likvidáciu odpadu a možnosti recitovateľnosti. This thesis describes structure and operation of particular car‘s drive mechanisms, examine and compares their level of harmfulness against living environment. From acquisition, manipulation and distribution of raw material needed for manufacturing vehicles, amount of used propellant, production of emissions during life cycle, resources needed for maintenance, demands of waste disposal and possibilities of recycling.
