Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení fitness centra ve Šlapanicích. První teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy související s danou oblasti podnikání a právních forem, zásady a strukturu podnikatelského plánu, zejména pak použité analyticko-výzkumné metody v rámci plánování. Analytická část obsahuje provedení analýz podnikatelského prostředí pro validaci myšlenky a zmapování tržního a obecného prostředí, jejíž výsledky jsou následně shrnuty do SWOT matice a zhodnoceny metodikou EFE/IFE. Následně je vybrána vhodná strategie pro začínající podnik v této oblasti, která je rozpracována do dílčích částí podnikatelského plánu tak, aby byl realizovatelný a životaschopný.
The diploma thesis is focused on creating a business plan for establishing a fitness center in Šlapanice. The first theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to the field of business and legal forms, principles and structure of the business plan, especially the analytical research methods used in planning. The analytical part includes analysis of the business environment for the validation of the idea and mapping of the market and general environment. Subsequently, a suitable strategy is chosen for the start-up in this area, which is elaborated into individual parts of the business plan so that it is feasible and viable.
