Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace ve fázi pro provedení stavby pro objekt administrativní budovy v Pelhřimově. Řešeným objektem je samostatně stojící objekt o 3 nadzemních a 1 podzemním podlaží. Základové konstrukce jsou navrženy jako základové pasy. Stěny jsou zděné z keramických bloků a stěny v suterénu jsou navrženy z železobetonu. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako monolitické železobetonové desky. Objekt je zastřešen šikmou střechou, nosnou konstrukci střechy tvoří dřevěné vazníky. Objekt přilehlé jednopodlažní chladírny je zastřešen jednoplášťovou vegetační plochou střechou. Vnější zateplení budovy je uvažováno jako vnější tepelně izolační kompozitní systém (ETICS). Vytápění a ohřev TV zajišťují tepelná čerpadla. Větrání v objektu je zajištěno vzduchotechnickou jednotkou. Dešťová voda ze střechy je zachytávána ve vsakovacím poldru umístěném na pozemku. Diplomová práce byla zpracována převážně v softwarech AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MS Word, MS Excel a DEKSOFT. The subject of this master‘s thesis is the processing of the design documentation for an object at the realization of the construction phase for the object of the office building in Pelhřimov. The final object is a building with 3 above floors and 1 underground floor. The foundation structure is designed in the form of foundation strips. The walls are made of ceramic blocks and the walls on the underground floor are made of reinforced concrete. Ceiling constructions are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The object is roofed with a pitched roof, the load-bearing structure of the roof consists of nailed timber truss. The building of the adjacent single-storey building of cold storage facility is roofed with a warm green flat roof. The external thermal insulation of the building is considered as the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Energy for heating and domestic hot water is provided by heat pumps. Ventilation in the building is provided by an air conditioning unit. Rainwater from the roof is collected in an infiltration polder located on the property. The thesis is processed mainly in the software AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MS Word, MS Excel and DEKSOFT.
