Hlavným účelom diplomovej práce je riziková analýza prepravnej spoločnosti JAPO-Transport, s. r. o. pomocou vybraných metód ekonomickej a strategickej analýzy na rozpoznanie rizík. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na päť častí. Prvá obsahuje popis skúmaného podniku, druhá časť obsahuje analýzy súčasného stavu. Tretia časť stanovuje problémy a ciele, vo štvrtej časti sú popísané teoretické východiská. Piata časť obsahuje identifikáciu rizík a návrhy na opatrenia voči rizikám. The main goal of this diploma thesis is the risk analysis of transport company JAPO-Transport, s r o. with the usage of appropriate methods of economic and strategic analysis. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first one contains introduction of the company, the second part contains the analyses of current status. The third part sets the goals and shows the problems next the fourth part contains theoretical basics. In the fifth part there is a risk analysis and given recommendations for adequate risk measures.
