Bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh zmien v systéme benefitov spoločnosti ABC, s. r. o. Prvá, teoretická časť sa zaoberá základnými pojmami týkajúcimi sa benefitov poskytovaných zamestnancom. Následná analytická časť opisuje a hodnotí súčasný stav poskytovania benefitov. Posledná časť tejto práce je zameraná na návrhy a vylepšenia tohto systému. Bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of the changes in the system of benefits in the company ABC, s. r. o. The first part is characterized by basic concepts related to the provided benefits. The following analytic part describes the current state of the benefits. In the last part of the work we focus on the proposals and improvements of this system.
