Úkolem diplomové práce je posoudit vliv územního plánování na cenu pozemků v Brně formou případové studie. Studie bude zpracována z veřejně dostupných informací a to především ze zákonů České republiky a z údajů o cenách pozemků, které byli získány za použití realitních serverů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. Teoretická část se zabývá především popisem vybrané lokality, právními aspekty územního plánování a objasněním základních pojmů spojených s územním plánováním. Druhá část diplomové práce porovnává vliv územně plánovací dokumentace na vývoj cen pozemků. The task of this thesis is to assess the impact of down and country planning on the price of land in Brno in the form of case studies. The study will be compiled from publicly available information, primarily from the laws of the Czech Republic and data on land prices, which were obtained using real estate sites. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is mainly concerned with the description of the selected sites, legal aspects of planning and clarifying the basic concepts associated with planning. The second part of this thesis compares the impact of planning documentation for the development of land prices.
