Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zložením lítiových batérií, technológiou spájania lítiových článkov a návrhom zariadenia uspôsobeného ku kontaktovaniu cylindrického článku veľkosti 18650. V prvej časti je diskutovaná konštrukcia, základné materiály lítiových batérií a ich použitie. V ďalšej časti je uvedený prehľad niekoľkých metód spájania článkov a ich vzájomné porovnanie. Posledná časť sa zaoberá jednotlivými časťami návrhu a konštrukcie kontaktovacieho zariadenia, pracujúcom na princípe bodového odporového zvárania. This Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the composition of lithium batteries, lithium cell joining, and the design of a device customised for contacting an 18650-size cylindrical cell. The first part discusses the construction, basic materials of the lithium batteries and their applications. In the next section, an overview of several methods of cell contacting and their comparison with each other is presented. The last section discusses different parts of the design and construction of the device, working on the principle of spot resistance welding.
