Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na konstrukční návrh výměnné trojosé nástrojové hlavy pro CNC portálové obráběcí centrum. První část je věnována průzkumu aktuálního stavu techniky a zastoupení jednotlivých druhů hlav na trhu. Následně je navrženo několik možných variant konstrukce a pomocí multikriteriální analýzy je vybrána ta nejoptimálnější. Je vytvořen 3D model vybrané varianty s výkresovou dokumentací a technickými výpočty. This master’s thesis is focused on design of interchangeable three–axis tool head for CNC portal milling machines. The first part is devoted to a survey of the current state of technology and the representation of individual types of heads on the market. Furthermore, several possible variants of construction are proposed and the most optimal one is selected using multicriteria analysis. It is created a 3D model of selected variant, drawing documentation and technical calculations.
