Závěrečná bakalářská práce si klade za cíl provést analýzu platné legislativy na zřízení letiště pro všeobecné letectví. Zejména se zaobírá zkoumáním předpisu L14 a zákona č.49/1997 o civilním letectví ČR. Práce obsahuje specifikaci obvyklých typů letounů v ČR. Na základě těchto specifikací stanoví kritéria pro požadované letiště. Dále práce popisuje výběr vhodné plochy pro požadované letiště z pohledu klimatu, fyzických parametrů, překážek, životního prostředí a územního plánování. Také se zabývá povinným vybavením letiště dané kategorie a jeho provozem. V rámci toho zmiňuje bezpečnostní vybavení a postupy. V poslední části práce je popsáno hledání vhodné plochy a návrh její úpravy pro zřízení letiště na základě zpracované analýzy. This Bachelor thesis aims to analyze the current legislation for building an airport for general aviation. It deals mainly with requirements of the regulation L14 and act No.49/1997 Coll., civil aviation law of the Czech Republic. This thesis contains the specifications of usual aircraft operating in the Czech Republic. These specifications are used to determine specific requirements for the airport in question. In the next section of the thesis requirements for area suitability for the new airport with respect to climate, physical parameters, obstacles, environment and zoning plan are determined. This work also describes mandatory equipment for airport of the given category and its operation. In this context, the thesis mentions safety equipment and procedures. The last section describes the search of a suitable area for the airfield, according to the previous analysis.
