Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat kompletní studii na téma výroba odlitků metodou vypařitelného modelu a své znalosti následně uplatnit při výrobě vlastního odlitku libovolného tvaru. Na základě zadání je práce rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy první z nich se zabývá problematikou výroby odlitků touto technologií, od výroby vypařitelných modelů, přes moderní technologie využívané při této metodě lití, po možné vady odlitků, které jsou s touto metodou spojeny. Ve druhé části je popsán proces výroby experimentálního odlitku. Výsledkem této práce bylo seznámení s touto nekonvekční metodou odlévání a zhodnocení jejího uplatnění v dnešním slévárenském průmyslu, jakožto plnohodnotné alternativy pro běžně používané technologie odlévání. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a complete study on the topic of production of castings by a evaporation pattern and the apply my knowledge I gained from completing this thesis and make my own cast. Based on the assigment the thesis is devided into two parts, where the first part is focused on the problems of production by this technology, from creating the evaporable pattern, through modern technologies used for this method of casting, to possible defects in the cast, which are connected with this method. In the second part is described the process of making the experimental cast. The result of this work was the familiarization with this unconventional method of casting and the evaluation of its application in today’s foundry industry, as a full-value alternative for common casting technologies.
