Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby bytového domu, který se nachází v Poličce, okres Svitavy. Objekt je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku v Sídlišti Hegerova. Bytový dům je částečně podsklepen a má čtyři nadzemní podlaží. V bytovém domě se nachází 14 bytových jednotek. V 1.NP se nachází jeden bezbariérový byt se vstupem ze samostatné garáže o dispozici 2+kk, jeden byt o dispozici 3+kk a společné prostory jako je kolárna a uklízecí místnost. Ve 2.NP jsou navrženy dva byty o dispozici 2+kk s balkonem a dva byty o dispozici 1+kk. Stejné byty jsou i ve 3.NP a 4.NP. V částečném suterénu můžeme najít kóje pro každý byt, technickou místnost a společnou kočárkárnu. Parkování pro obyvatele domu bylo navrženo na pozemku před objektem. Objekt je navržen v obousměrném zděném konstrukčním systému. Uprostřed budovy se nachází komunikační prostor se schodištěm a výtahem. Suterénní obvodové stěny jsou provedeny z vodotěsného betonu, zbytek objektu je vyzděn z keramických tvárnic. Podsklepená část objektu je založena na tzv. bílé vaně, nepodsklepená část na základových pasech a ukončena plochou vegetační střechou. Stropy a schodiště jsou monolitické železobetonové. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. This bachelor thesis deals with processing of documentation at the level of the implementation of a construction of an apartment building, which is located in Polička, in the district of Svitavy. The building is situated on a flat parcel in the housing estate Hegerova. The apartment building has a partial basement with four floors. There are 14 dwelling units in the building. On the first floor, there is one accessible flat with entrance from a separate garage stand with a layout of 2+kitchenette, one flat with a layout of 3+kitchenette, common areas of the house, such as a bicycle room and cleaning room. On the second floor, there are two flats with a layout of 2+kitchenette with balcony and two flats with a layout of 1+kitchenette designed. There is the same housing layout on the third and fourth floor. There are cubicles for each flat, utility room and common carriage house in the partial basement. Parking for residents is designed to be on the parcel in front of the building. The building is designed in a two-way masonry construction system. There is a communication space that includes stairs and an elevator located in the middle of the building. Basement perimeter walls are made of waterproof concrete and the rest is lined with ceramic blocks. The part of the building with the basement underneath is based on a so-called „water tank“. Non-basement part is based on a strip foundation and finished with a flat green roof. Ceilings and staircase are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system ETICS.
