Projekt diplomové práce se zabývá vypracováním návrhu technologického postupu výroby koše nárazníku vagonu objemovým tvářením za tepla. Matriálem pro výrobu je zvolena ocel S235JR (11375). Součástí práce jsou technologické výpočty, výkresová dokumentace výlisku, výkresy nástroje a také návrh na sestavu strojů pro výrobní linku. Kapacita linky byla vypočítána na 12460 kusů za rok. Součástí práce je také technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení výroby. The subject of this work is the proposal of a technological process to create a train car bumper using volume thermoforming. The S235JR (11375) steel has been chosen as the main material. The work contains technological calculations, blueprint documentation of the mold, of the tool and a proposal of the set of machines for the production line. The capacity of such production line has been calculated to be 12460 pieces per year. Economical-technological evaluation of the production is also included.
