Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zpracované analýzy současného stavu komunikačního mixu vybraného podniku navrhnout konkrétní opatření vedoucí k jeho zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, a to na část teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. V teoretické části jsou vymezena základní teoretická východiska, která slouží jako podklad pro vypracování analytické a návrhové části. V praktické části je představen vybraný podnik a jsou provedeny analýzy současného stavu jeho komunikačního mixu. Výsledky analýz jsou využity v návrhové části diplomové práce, kde jsou popsána opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současného komunikačního mixu podniku. The goal of the thesis is, based on analysis of the current state of the communication mix of selected company, to propose specific measures to improve it. The Thesis is divided into three parts, namely theoretical, analytical and propositional. In the theoretical part are defined theoretical background, which serves as the basis for the development of analytical and propositional part. In the practical part is introduced the selected company and are performed the analysis of current state of the communication mix. Analysis results are used in the propositional part of the Thesis, which describes the measures to improve the current communication mix of the company.
