Bakalárska práce obsahuje popis, rozbor danej problematiky a inovácii pružiaceho mechanizmu pre horský bicykel, vrátane návrhu geometrie, designu a návrhu výroby na jednotlivých výrobných zariadeniach. Súčasťou práce je tiež konštrukcia 3D modelu jednotlivých častí pružiaceho mechanizmu a zostavenie výrobných výkresov. Práca ďalej poukazuje na využitie moderných technológii ako je reverzné inžinierstvo, vytváranie modelov v programe Autodesk Inventor alebo práce na 5osej CNC fréze a ich vzájomnom prepojení. Bachelor´s thesis includes the description, the analyze of the issue and innovations of the bike suspension for mountain bike, including design of the geometry, shape and propose of the production in the individual production devices. Belonging work is also construction 3D model of the particular parts the bike suspension and making mechanical drawing. The next thesis hints as exploitation of the modern technologies as is reverse engineering, making models in program Autodesk Inventor or work on 5-axis CNC milling machine and their interaction.
