Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním cen za nákup a pronájem bytů v různých zemích. Výstupem diplomové práce je srovnání průměrné měsíční mzdy a ceny za nákup a pronájem bytu a sestavena cenová mapa ve vybraných městech a zemích. This thesis is devoted to the comparison of prices for the purchase and rental of apartments in different countries. The result of the thesis is a comparison of the average monthly salary and prices for buying and renting an apartment and a compiled price map in selected cities and countries.
