Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí organizační kultury a hlavním cílem je návrh změny jejího obsahu vedoucí ke zvýšení výkonnosti organizace. Pozornost je detailněji zaměřena na vnitrofiremní komunikaci a předkládá návrhy na její zefektivnění. The Bachelor`s thesis describes problems of organizational culture in company and includes concept of organizational culture change, that will lead to higher effectiveness of work. This work specify one of the biggest problems of organizational culture in this company – company communication, and propose a motion for increasing its effectiveness.
