Diplomová práce analyzuje stávající stav konkurenčního zpravodajství ve firmě. Obsahuje analýzu povědomí o konkurenčním zpravodajství a jeho využívání jako konkurenční výhody v poradenských společnostech v České republice. Součástí práce je návrh konkurenčního zpravodajství firmy, případně doporučení ke stávající strategii. This diploma work analyses existing competitive intelligence of the firm. Contains analysis of competitive intelligence awareness and its utilization like competitive advantage in Czech consulting companies. The work includes proposal for competitive intelligence strategy or recommendation and complementation of existing strategy.
