Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zvyšování kvality poskytovaných služeb wellness centra Infinit Maximus. Toto wellness centrum poskytuje svým klientům velmi kvalitní služby již v současné době. Existují však určité oblasti, na které je třeba se zaměřit, a které jsou v práci popsány. Při zpracování jsem vycházela z konkrétních ekonomických, technických a provozních údajů realizovaných v rámci současného provozu wellness centra. Návrhová část obsahuje řadu opatření, jejichž cílem je především eliminace vysokých výkyvů v obsazenosti a také snížení nadměrné fluktuace zaměstnanců. Kromě těchto hlavních námětů obsahuje návrhová část i další oblasti pro zlepšení. The master thesis deals with the issue of enhancing the quality of providing services in the wellness centre Infinit Maximus. Nowadays the wellness centre provides high quality of services to their clients. However there are some areas that should be improved and that are described in the thesis. During the processing of the thesis I delt with factual economic, operating and technical figures connected to the latest economic activity of the wellness centre. The proposal part includes some suggestions for elimination high deviations of occupancy and some suggestions for reduction the high fluctuation of employees. Instead of the main topic I also suggest some other improvements.
