Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace stavby „Rodinný dům s kanceláří“ obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů a norem. Jedná se samostatně stojící zděnou budovu s plochou jednoplášťovou střechou a dvěma nadzemními podlažími, bez podzemního podlaží. Dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je umístěno zádveří, chodba, kotelna, koupelna s WC, spíž, kuchyň s jídelnou, obývací pokoj, schodiště, komora, garáž, WC, vstupní hala a kancelář. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží je umístěna chodba, WC, koupelna, ložnice, pracovna, dva dětské pokoje a terasa. Rodinný dům je navržen ze stavebního systému POROTHERM a zateplen fasádním systémem Baumit Open. The objective of this bachelor thesis is a working out of project documentation of building „The family house with office” containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. This object is a detached brick-work building with a flat one-surface roof and two over-ground floors, without a ground floor. The house is designed for family of four. First floor: entrance room, hall, boiler room, bath-room and WC, pantry, kitchen with dining room, living room, staircase, store, garage, WC, entrance hall and office. Second floor: hall, WC, bath-room, bedroom, study, two rooms for children and terrace. The family house is designed in the POROTHERM building system and house is insulated by Baumit Open facade system.
