Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivačním systémem technicko-hospodářských zaměstnanců zvolené textilní společnosti. Je zaměřena obzvláště na jejich odměňování. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření mezi skupinou těchto zaměstnanců, kde jsou zjištěny možné problémy v jejich celkové motivaci či informovanosti. Výsledkem této analýzy je výstup v podobě návrhů, které přispějí k jejich spokojenosti, a tím k vyšší pracovní výkonnosti. This bachelor thesis focuses on the motivational system of the office employees of one particular textile company. It especially focuses on rewarding the employees. Another part of the thesis are the poll results of this group of employees which shows us potential problems with their motivation as a whole. The result of this analysis is an output in a form of suggestions which are going to contribute in increasing the motivation of the employees and with it their work performance as well.
