Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem standardu PLC/HMI firmy SPX s.r.o., do kterého se má navrhnout a implementovat modul údržby. Cílem práce je zhodnotit možnosti návrhu modulu údržby, aby se stotožňoval s požadavky firmy. V první kapitole práce jsou popsány základní informace o řídicím a informačním systému podniku. V kapitole druhé jsou popsány systémy údržby. Kapitola třetí se věnuje rozboru firemního standardu pro PLC/HMI. Předposlední se zabývá již návrhem a realizací samotného modulu údržby. Finální kapitola se věnuje popisu implementaci modulu do reálného technologického procesu. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the company’s standard of SPX s. r. o., where I am design and implement maintenance module. The aim of this thesis is evaluate the possibility of module design and maintenance, to make the best maintenance efficiency. The first chapter deals with the theory of management and information systems. The second chapter consists of maintenance systems. The third chapter deal with the analysis of corporate standard for PLC/HMI. Penultimate chapter is about the design and implementation of the module maintenance. The final chapter describes the module implementation into real technological process.
