Práce shrnuje základní poznatky z oblasti Wirebonding – metoda kontaktování mikrodrátkem. Popisuje nejen metody kontaktování, ale také podrobně studuje jednotlivé vlivy na výsledný tvar, pevnost a spolehlivost kontaktovaných spojů. V experimentální části jsou zjištěna optimální nastavení parametrů různých kontaktovacích zařízení. Pro kontaktovací zařízení TPT HB-10 jsou nalezena optimální nastavení pro různé typy povrchů, na které bylo kontaktováno. The thesis summarizes the basic knowledge of Wirebonding. It also closely studying the various influences on the final shape, strength and reliability of the bonds. In the experimental part are found the optimal settings of various wire bonders. For wire bonder TPT HB-10 are found the optimal settings for different types of surfaces, which were contacted.
