Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posuzováním negativních vlivů kontaminovaných matric na biotu přírodních ekosystémů prostřednictvím ekotoxikologických testů. V práci je uveden přehled alternativních testů ekotoxicity, které jsou následně porovnány se standardními testy. Dále je diskutována potřeba rozšíření základní sady standardních testů vyžadovaných současnou legislativou ČR o testy na trofické úrovni dekompozitorů pro testování pevných i kapalných matric a o kontaktní testy pro testování pevných matric. V souvislosti s tím jsou provedeny návrhy baterií testů pro hodnocení ekotoxicity environmentálních matric. This bachelor thesis deals with assessment of harmful effects of contaminated matrices on biota of nature ecosystems via alternative ecotoxicology tests. The alternative and standard ecotoxicology tests are summarised and compared in the thesis. Furthermore, the need of broadening of basic test battery required by actual Czech legislation is discussed. The basic test battery should be widened by the tests on decomposer trophic level for solid and liquid matrices and by contact tests for solid matrices. In connection with that the test batteries for evaluation of environmental matrices ecotoxicity are proposed.
