Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh společenského centra v Havlíčkově Brodě. Společenské centrum bude především sloužit ke společenským setkáváním, vzdělávání, sportovním činnostem nebo relaxaci. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní stavbu, kde obě patra jsou zastřešena vegetační plochou střechou. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází kavárna, multifukční sál, chill zóna, dvě veřejné dílny, šatny a technická místnost a odpovídající hygienické a technické zázemí. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází klubovna, dvě školící místnosti, kancelář s denní místností a pochozí terasa. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z CLT panelů s kombinací dřevěných a ocelových sloupů a průvlaků. Nosná část stropní konstrukce je z dřevěných I-nosníku a CLT stropních panelů. Celý objekt bude vytápěný tepelným čerpadlem systémem země-voda. Vzduchotechnická jednotka bude sloužit především k větrání. Dešťová voda bude zachycována do akumulační nádrže a následně bude využívána pro závlahu přilehlého veřejného prostoru. Fotovoltaický systém bude částečně pokrývat spotřebu elektrické energie objektu. Třetí část diplomové práce se zabývá facility managmentem objektu. Jedná se o popis fungování správy budovy. Určení a využití důležitých dat z digitálního modelu stavby pro facility managment. Digitální model byl vytvořen v programu Archicad, do kterého jsem vkládal stanovená data, které jsem pak pomocí tabulek vykazoval. The subject of the Master’s thesis is a design of a social center in Havlíčkův Brod. The building will be primarily used for social meetings, education, sports activities or relaxation. It is a two-story building, where both floors are covered with an extensive green walkable flat roof. On the first floor are a café, a multi hall, a chill zone, a workshop for children, dressing rooms, a workshop for adults and utility room. On the second floor are club-room, two classrooms and an office with a room and a walkable terrace. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of CLT panels with a combination of timber and steel columns and beams. The floor structure is made of wooden I-beams and CLT panels. The entire building will be heated by a ground-water heat pumpy. The air handling unit will primarily serve as ventilation. Rainwater will be collected in a storage tank and subsequently used to flush toilets and irrigate the adjacent public space. The photovoltaic system will partially cover the building’s electricity consumption. The third part of the thesis deals with facility management of the building. It contains description of the functioning of the building management and determination and use of important data from the digital model of the building for the facility management. Digital model was created in the Archicad program, where I entered specified data and than I presented then by using the tables.
