Má bakalářská práce řeší novostavbu rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří ve městě Velké Bílovice. Projekt je proveden na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Stavba má půdorys ve tvaru písmene T. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, s jedním běžným podlažím a podkrovím. Celý dům je navržen ze systému Porotherm na maltu pro tenké spáry. Stropy jsou prefa-monolitické ze systému Porotherm. Střecha je šikmá sedlová. Suterén slouží především jako technické zázemí pro objekt. První nadzemní podlaží tvoří garáž, projekční kancelář a společenská část objektu. V podkroví jsou pokoje členů rodiny. My bachelor thesis deal with family house with a design office in Velké Bílovice. The project is conducted at the level of documentation for construction. The construction plan has a T-shaped building has a partial basement, with one common floor and attic. The whole house is designed from the system Porotherm with thin layer of mortar for binding. Ceilings are precast -monolithic system of Porotherm. Gabled roof is slanted. The basement is used primarily as a technical background for the object. The first floor consists of a garage, design office and social part of the building. The attic room of family members.
