Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba domova pro seniory v obci Vyškov. Objekt je navržen na mírně svažitém terénu. Hlavní vstup je orientován na severovýchod. Skládá se z jednoho objektu děleného na tři dilatační celky. Jedná se o objekt s částečným jedním podzemním podlažím a třemi nadzemními podlažími. Budova je navržena z železobetonového skeletu s výplňovým zdivem Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce je navržena ze spojitých křížem vyztužených železobetonových monolitických desek. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou. Celý objekt je navržen pro bezbariérové využití. The subject of the diploma thesis is a new-built home for the seniors in the village Vyškov. The building is designed on a slightly sloping terrain. The main entrance is oriented to the northeast. It consists of one building divided into three expansion units. It is a building with a partial basement floor and three floors. The building is designed from reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill Porotherm. The ceiling structure is designed from a continuous cross -reinforced monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a flat roof. House is designed for desabled persons.
