Diplomová práce řeší problematiku obvyklých cen bytových jednotek. Konkrétně na území měst Pardubice a Hradec Králové. Jedná se o krajská města dvou sousedících krajů. Práce je zaměřena na rozdíly mezi těmito městy. Z časového hlediska bylo řešeno období 1. 3. 2015 – 1 .3 .2016. Nejprve došlo ke sběru dat z tohoto období, následně seskupení informací o jednotlivých zobchodovaných bytových jednotkách. Tyto seskupené informace byly dále porovnány mezi jednotlivými městy. This master's diploma thesis discusses the topic of a normal price for a dwelling unit, located specifically in the urban area of Pardubice and Hradec Králové. These towns are both capitals of two neighbouring regions (Pardubický and Královéhradecký, respectively). This thesis deals with the differences in pricing practices in these two towns. The time interval relevant for the comparison is the period between 1. 3. 2015 – 1. 3. 2016. The data from this period were first collected,this was followed by gathering the information on the individual traded dwelling units. Consequently, the gathered information was compared for the two towns.
