Bakalářská práce vychází z architektonické studie zpracované v zimním semestru v 3. ročníku bakalářského studia. Téma práce je Obnova nádraží v Ústí nad Orlicí. Projekt řeší návrh nového využití tohoto objektu, který je od 27. 8. 2010 památkově chráněn a jehož původní funkce byla nahrazena objektem novým. Vzhledem ke vzdálenější poloze budovy od centra města Ústí nad Orlicí bylo cílem této práce navrhnout takové využití, které se ve městě a jeho blízkém okolí nenachází a přitáhlo by tak své návštěvníky. Byl také brán ohled na hodnotu objektu a vhodnost nového využití. Jako řešení byla navržena funkce rodinného centra s prostorami pro cvičení maminek s dětmi či obou skupin samostatně, herna a čítárna pro děti a dále prostor dílny. Další navrhovanou funkcí je kavárna v tematickém stylu s přilehlým víceúčelovým sálem, příležitostné ubytování a prostor pro administrativní účely. Pro majitele objektu je toto řešení navíc výdělečné. Majitelem je Oustecké nádraží s.r.o. – společnost tvořená převážně obyvateli města Ústí nad Orlicí, kteří se zasloužili o zabránění plánované demolice objektu. Architektonická studie dále navrhuje úpravu plochy na západní straně budovy, čímž dojde i k zatraktivnění celého okolí. The Bachelor’s Thesis is based on the architectural study which was done in the winter semester of the third year of my bachelor’s studies. Theme of Bachelor´s Thesis is Renewal of the train station Ústí nad Orlicí. The goal was to create a new way how to use this building, which is on a list of immovable cultural monument since 27. 8. 2010. The functional role was replaced by new building. Because of distant location of the building from centre of Ústí nad Orlicí, there was a goal to create new function which is not in the vicinity of city and it should be attractive for people. The Bachelor’s Thesis respect a value of this building and new suitable function. The solution is a family centre with spaces for workout of mother with kids or for these two groups separately, also playroom and reading room for children and workshop area. Another function is a café in thematic style with an adjoining multi-purpose hall, occasional accommodation and administrative purpose. It is also profitable for owner of this building. The owner is Oustecké nádraží s.r.o. - a company formed predominantly by the inhabitants of the town Ústí nad Orlicí, who have deserved to prevent the planned demolition of the building. The architectural study also suggests the modification of the area on the west side of the building, which will make the surrounding area more attractive.
