Tato práce popisuje problematiku podnikových informačních systémů pro potřeby řízení výroby. Práce je členěna do tří částí. V první je jsou uvedeny potřebné definice, požadavky kladené informační systém a popsán obecný princip ERP systémů. Druhá část je zamřena na analýzu situace ve firmě TVD, a.s. Jsou zde podrobně rozebrány procesy a jejich vazba na implementovaný informační systém. Poslední část je věnována návrhu pro řešení slabých stránek současné situace odhalené analýzou. V této části jsou navrženy implementace nových funkcí modulu využívaného ERP systému. This thesis describes problems of information systems for manufacturing management. Thesis is divided into three parts. First part contains necessary definitions, basic requirements and described general principle of ERP systems. Second part is focused on analysis in TVD, a.s. company. Company's processes are analysed and their support by information system is described. Last part is designed as a proposal of potential solution of problems identified by analysis in previous part. Implementations of new functionalities of currently used ERP information system solution are designed.
